Whistle blower policy

The whistle blower policy at Tata Chemicals has been formulated with a view to provide a mechanism for employees of the company to approach the ethics counselor / chairman of the audit committee of the company. This policy would help to create an environment where individuals feel free and secure to raise the alarm where they see a problem. It will also ensure that whistle blowers are protected from retribution, whether within or outside the organisation.
