HC okays Tata Chem amalgamation
scheme

Tata Chemicals Ltd (TCL) has informed that the High Court
of Judicature, Bombay has passed the final order approving
the scheme of amalgamation of Hind Lever Chemicals Ltd (HLCL)
with it. The Punjab & Haryana HC is yet to approve the
scheme.
